Coaching

Coaching can be focused either on an individual or a team, providing an ongoing partnership aimed at improving the quality of professional and personal life.

The coaching process varies according to the client and their particular circumstances. In all cases, however, the client decides what the focus of the process should be - perhaps a particular project, process or team - and what outcomes they expect.

Coaches are trained to help achieve these outcomes by listenening, observing and drawing on experience. By providing feedback from an additional perspective, and through careful questioning, coaches aim to elicit strategies and solutions from their clients themselves. By bringing greater focus and clarity, coaches help their clients identify a greater range of possibilities and decide on the best courses of action. By introducing new skills and principles, they help enhance the efficient use of skills, creativity and resources.
